Positive: We had the best trip ever—a true ski-in, ski-out holiday with everything right at our doorstep! The location was absolutely perfect—Tufs lift was right outside, and we had Skiset, Sherpa Market, a local supermarket, and the ski ticket office all within steps. It couldn’t have been more convenient. The hosts were amazing—super responsive, flexible, and incredibly kind. Communication was easy, and they went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen! Everything we needed was there, including a raclette machine, which we enjoyed so much. The double bed on the second floor seemed small at first, but the tilted ceiling made it feel cozy and quiet—a perfect retreat after a long ski day. And of course, the private hot tub and sauna were unbeatable—the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Thank you for hosting us—we will definitely be back!
Negative: The only tiny downside was that the upstairs got quite warm after using the sauna and hot tub, but opening the window aired it out quickly, so it wasn’t a big issue at all.

Positive: Amazing location, truly ski-in & ski-out. Fab views and sunny terrasse. Loved the hot tub and sauna after a long day on the skis. Everything you could want ….although not in the place you expect it. We were 8, 2 families with teenagers and it fitted us all with its unusual configuration. Would definitely stay again.
Negative: There is no en-suite toilet, not a major issue for us but could wake up those sleeping in the corridor bunks

Positive: Communication was great, Apartment was great, Hot tub is big enough for 4/5 Location is superb, access to main lifts regardless of which direction you want to go in.
Negative: MINOR ISSUES IN NO WAY DETRIMENTAL Place could do with some more storage, squeezing 8 people in with bags and kit was a little bit of a stretch but they'd have to sacrifice some beds to create the storage so not sure what the answer is. One ski locker is not enoough for the apartment, we could fit about four peoples kit in so had to put some out on the balcony, not a problem just means trapsing wet kit through the apartment. No boot room, again not a problem for us just meant we had to keep them in the apartment and stay on top of any excess water on the floor. These were all very minor things and did not really impact our enjoyment of the place, location is superb also.
Summary: Had a great time, would absolutely book again with pleasure

Positive: Location was excellent, couldn’t have been better. Great access to the slopes, supermarket, shops and restaurants. Val Claret is a lovely village in a great resort with skiing for all abilities and great access to the whole area. The apartment had a great kitchen with good quality appliances and we loved the Raclette. A few bits of dry sore cupboard thing left over by previous quests were very useful. The hot-tub and sauna were lovely. The view from the apartment was amazing, lovely to see across to the ski slopes and over the resort.
Negative: Very little storage. We were a family of 6 (four adults and 2 kids) the apartment was great for us but any more people would have been very squashed. The downstairs bunk beds are open to the main living area with no door or curtain which made getting the kids to sleep hard! The upstairs bunk room is in a room with the sauna and hot tub and has no storage at all, perfect if you just want to sleep but nothing else. We were shown how to turn the hot-tub off at night so it wasn’t too noisy and while we were using it we opened the door to allow ventilation which worked well. The bed in the eves is crazy and totally unusable but as we didn’t need it, it didn’t matter!
Summary: Fab location, perfect for 6 people. Good living space but bedrooms small and no storage!

Positive: Amazing location right in the middle of town with restaurants and bars on your doorstep. We were worried the jacuzzi would make the upstairs rooms too hot but there’s a balcony upstairs that allows plenty of air in. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is even a raclette machine. There’s both a lift and a beginner area just around the corner which made getting out in the mornings great.
Negative: It was all great, we got a few splinters from the walls but that was about it
Summary: Right on the slopes and a jacuzzi to enjoy after après just downstairs
